PERFECT PITCH - IN CONCERT

On August 11th, "PERFECT PITCH - IN CONCERT" took place at Musical Theatre @ George Square.

4 performers plus a live band performed a selection of songs from 4 new musicals: THROUGH THE
DOOR - by Laurence Mark Wythe and Judy Freed (from the current Development Network), OVER THE THRESHOLD by Christopher Hamilton (PP Showcase 2006), TICKLEDOM by Matt Brind and John
Manders (PP Showcase 2007) and DEPARTURE LOUNGE by Dougal Irvine (PP Showcase 2006).

The concert also invited Dougal Irvine and Stuart Matthew Price to present songs from their brand
new musicals "SIMPLE TOWN" and "THE DIARY OF ME" which were both possibilities for the 2008
showcase or 2009 Network. The concert, directed by John Brant and Musically Directed by Peter White,
played to an audience of over 250 people and proved a great success. Film footage from the concert
