As shown in the diagram all new musicals are submitted in the first instance to Andy Barnes at Perfect Pitch Musicals Ltd. Selected pieces will then be placed either straight into the West End Showcase or developed through the Network opportunities. Those which have been developed through the Network are still eligible to also appear in the showcase and similarly musicals that go straight into the showcase can be entered into the network afterwards for further development.

The Musicals Concert will feature a select number of songs from shows that have either been developed through the network or featured in the Showcase and a percentage of profits from the Concert and from any future commercial productions of individual shows for a limited period will be fed back into Perfect Pitch Musicals Ltd to assist the development of the new Submissions.

Through this infrastructure Perfect Pitch will eventually be able to support the new emerging writers and shows from a share of the profits of the successful productions.
